- Overview of the Service
Miah’s Class is dedicated to providing an interactive, privacy-focused learning environment that honors learner autonomy. Our platform empowers students to select content, set their own pace, and direct their educational journeys while offering educators dynamic, AI-driven tools for English language instruction. - License and Use
Subject to these Terms, Miah’s Class grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, educational, and professional purposes. The Service is provided “as is,” and you agree to use it at your own risk. You further agree not to:
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover any underlying source code.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage or impair its functionality. - Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. Users under 18 may use the Service only with parental or guardian involvement. While we collect only the minimal information necessary to enable account functionality, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current details. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - Membership, Payments, and Billing
Some features of Miah’s Class may require a subscription or one-time payment. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers, and Miah’s Class does not retain any payment information. Membership subscriptions, if applicable, will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the instructions provided on our website. - User Content and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for any content you create, transmit, or display while using the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Miah’s Class a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MIAH’S CLASS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIAH’S CLASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oman, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be conducted in Oman, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. - Modifications to the Agreement
Miah’s Class reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website along with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. - Termination
